Ordering:

The easiest way to place an order is by using our online ordering system. Go to the pillow collections page that has the image of the pillow you want, click on the pillow image and place your order! Orders can also be placed by calling us at 413-369-4685, Monday through Friday, 10:00am-4:00pm Eastern time.

Shipping:

Packages are shipped Monday through Friday the day after orders are received. Orders placed on Fridays and on the weekends will be shipped on Mondays. Customers can choose whether they want packages shipped by the US Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx, and shipping costs will be calculated during the ordering process.

Returns:

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return it within 14 days of the purchase date. Pillows must be in their original condition to receive a refund (minus the shipping charges) or to be exchanged for other pillows.
